Cutting and coloring hair is a creative outlet for me. Helping people feel and look their best truly inspires me. My coworkers are also a huge inspiration. We bounce ideas off of each other, share techniques, and ask for each other’s thoughts and opinions. I think the similar thoughts we share on beautiful healthy hair allows us to create a unique, yet professional environment. Clients can walk in feeling at ease and comfortable, but most importantly confident with their hairdresser. Our salon personifies a harmonious team and it continues to evolve. Blondes are a specialty of mine as well as the Japanese method of hair straightening.

Laree specializes in cutting and with her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. A master of both the male and female haircutting craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is constantly working on her own innovative techniques always pushing the boundaries of hair. She styles hair for fashion shows and photo shoots and enjoys doing styles for weddings and other special occasions. Whether you want a contemporary classic cut or a funky avant-garde style, you are sure to be pleased with the experience you have with Laree as well as the result.

"Lavi" is the heartbeat of the salon. Always a smile on her face and never afraid to give you her honest opinion on your hairstyle, trade you a recipe, or give you a call to wish you well. She specializes in all hair textures from ethnic to baby fine hair which she prefers to dry cut. Her shampoos are perhaps the best in the city!! Lavi will take 7 am appointments.
My Hair - Big curly afro.
Favorite Outfit - Anything, as long as I can wear my tiara.
My Mentors - Ladybug (my Mom) because she is the strongest person that I know.
Favorite Music - Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Hip-Hop, R&B, Classical
I Became a Hairdresser Because - It's like breathing, when I stop breathing, that's when I will stop doing hair!!

Shawn comes to us via Beverly Hills to be with family. Shawn's star studded portfolio includes Paris Hilton and Carmen Electra. His personality is as big as his 6'8" frame with a heart size to match. Shawn's great at color, cutting, and glamorous blow dry's!!! He still retains a part time position as a hairstylist for Playboy Magazine.
My Hair - It's always different. I change it as often as possible.
My Style Influences - Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabana
My Favorite Outfit - Ripped up jeans and an Ed Hardy T-shirt.
I Love Hairdressing Because - I have a natural God granted talent and it pleases me to help people look and feel great about themselves.
What's Exciting about Hair These Days - Big full hair is making a comeback.

Stephen is the owner/stylist at the salon and specializes in the science and art of haircolor. Long hair clients are passionate about his styles. Utilizing a lost skill and introducing it to the hair salon, his shoulder, neck, and scalp massages may be the best around - mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, and he has a great sense of humor!!!
My Hair - fun, and blonde, but changes often.
My Style - Bright and cheerful. Fashion like life, should be fun! All my stylists are allowed to dress and reflect their individuality. We are not cookie cutters and wr sure don't want to all look alike, nor should any of our clients begin to look the same.
Can't Live Without - My Paul Mitchell flat iron and Bb Gentle shampoo.
My Mentors - My Dad (for his hand me down entrepreneurial spirit and gift of gab), and my Mom (for her strong belief in her children).
I Became a Hairdresser Because - It's been a lifelong passion. I am blessed to be able to combine my life experiences and training into perhaps the best career in the world. It's hard to believe you get paid for something you love doing so much!
